Summer BBQ

Club members and friends enjoyed a barbeque on a fine July evening which was held at the home of the Club's treasurer at Loxbeare. This event was unfortunately cancelled last year so it was appreciated that it was once again back in the summer programme.

Boscastle & Tintagel

Club members and friends enjoyed a coach trip to Boscastle and Tintagel on the north Cornwall coast. The typical British summer weather was a mixture of sunshine and showers. Boscastle was bathed in sunshine with a keen breeze on the cliff tops for the morning visit. The rain arrived by the time the coach arrived in Tintagel. Members gathered in the various cafes chatting over coffee and cake.

Summer Break

The Club is currently on summer break. A few social events have been arranged.

There was a picnic and wildlife trail walk at Roliphants Farm which 11 members enjoyed.

There will be a coach outing to Tintagel and Boscastle in early July and a BBQ later in that month. The programme of meetings re-commences the first Monday in September. The new programme will be available shortly.

We will be having an exhibition of prints in the Library in October.
